2.Suppliers Qualifications

1)The vendor must designate a project manager to ensure project delivery and provide weekly project progress reports

2)The line delivery must undergo a 24-hour Bit Error Rate Testing (BERT) and meet the following conditions!

i)Error Seconds(ES)for each 24-hour test = 0

ii)Severe Error Seconds(SEs)for each 24-hour test = 0

iii)clock slips for each 24-hour test = 0

3) The vendor must provide KMZ or map files that clearly indicate the selected route

4) The vendor is required to provide a list of business,delivery contacts,and fault escalation contacts.

5) The vendor is required to provide 7*24 fault handling

6） The vendor should confirm they can meet above requirements when replying with quotation.
