一、基本信息：

1、项目名称：2025年中国联通中东公司3×10G组网采购项目

2、项目实施内容：

标段一、迪拜Datamena→富吉拉Smarthub 10G

标段二、迪拜Datamena→吉达JED1 10G

标段三、吉达JED1→马赛MRS1 10G

合约期：1年

3、资格条件：

（1）供应商必须指定项目经理确保项目交付，并按天提供项目进展报告。

（2）线路交付必须经过24小时BERT测试

（3）供应商需提供KMZ或地图文件，可清楚指示所选择的路由，如有其他合作伙伴，需相应标示出。

（4）供应商需提供商务、交付及故障升级列表

（5）供应商应能提供7*24的故障处理

China Unicom (Middle East) operations FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as "China Unicom") will publicly tender for the procurement of the "2025 China Unicom Middle East 3×10G Network Project." The specific details are as follows:

I. Basic Information:

Project Name: China Unicom Middle East 3×10G Network Procurement Project

Project Implementation Content:

Lot 1: Dubai DX1 → Fujairah Smarthub 10G

Lot 2: Dubai DX1 → Jeddah JED1 10G

Lot 3: Jeddah JED1 → Marseille MRS1 10G

Contract Period: 1 year

Qualification Requirements:

The supplier must designate a project manager to ensure project delivery and provide daily progress reports.

Line delivery must undergo 24-hour BERT testing.

The supplier must provide KMZ or map files that clearly indicate the selected routes. If there are other partners involved, they should be appropriately marked.

The supplier must provide a list of business, delivery, and fault escalation procedures.

The supplier should be able to provide 7×24 fault handling.
